Taint explores the relationship between moving and photographic images. The prints were made from previous self-documentary moving image projects.
The content of the imagery is abstracted, sublimated and super-imposed. The ritualistic bathing and objectification of body addressed in the original films takes on a new dimension; enhanced further by the voyeuristic positioning of the viewer, on the other side of the black mirror, through the digital iconography that taints the images.
