Echo seeks to capture the dichotimy of the spiritual resonance that exists in the landscape. There is a sublime vastness and sense of temporality that the cliffs of Musick Point emitt. They are as much a testament to nature’s strength and resistance, as to its vulnerability in the face of urbanisation. The cliff-faces and the trees are both defiantly rooted in history and place, and violently displaced, ruins on the shore in the wake of erosion.
Echo is a series of 10, black and white, Fujifilm Instax polaroids.
